Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, ensuring a world-class service experience.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
• Install accessories on bows and demonstrate product use to customers.
• Answer technical questions to help customers understand operations and work performed.
• Maintain pricing, UPC integrity, inventory accuracy, and in-store displays.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and promote loyalty programs.
