Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking an Archery Technician to assist customers with bow setup, assembly, and product demonstrations. You will troubleshoot gear and provide expert guidance to help customers select the right equipment, while ensuring safety and high standards of service at the point of sale.

You will perform bow assemblies, install accessories, and educate customers on features and safety. The role involves maintaining merchandising and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years’ bow setup experience.
• Ability to perform bow setup, attachment installation, and arrow setup.
• Knowledge of bow safety and operation; able to use a bow press and chop saw.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide world-class service.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and tune archery equipment for safe operation.
• Install accessories on bows and demonstrate product use to customers.
• Answer technical questions and assist customers in understanding operations.
• Keep work area organized and maintain pricing, inventory integrity, and merchandising standards.
