Bass Pro Shops in Orlando, FL is seeking a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and friendly customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms). You will greet customers, assess needs and guide them to suitable products.

Responsibilities include maintaining organized merchandise, replenishing shelves, promoting CLUB memberships and in-store pickup, and ensuring pricing and signage accuracy while delivering a legendary shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of retail experience.
• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsabilités

• Provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms).
• Assist customers with buying decisions and product recommendations.
• Maintain and stock merchandise at the gun counter non-Firearms, per guidelines.
• Promote programs including CLUB membership, VOC, and in-store pickup.
• Keep work area clean, organized and well stocked.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
