Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Knowledge of Firearms and Ammunition preferred.
• Familiarity with ATF and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate customers' needs at the gun counter.
• Make product recommendations based on customer analysis.
• Promote CLUB membership, VOC, and In-Store Pick up programs.
• Ensure 4473 forms are completed thoroughly and accurately.
• Demonstrate products to customers when appropriate.
• Organize and maintain gun counter and related merchandise.
