Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter - Archery to assist customers with product recommendations, demonstrations, and purchases in a fast-paced retail environment. You will provide friendly service, manage inventory on the floor, and support seasonal merchandise moves while maintaining knowledge of current promotions.

You will engage customers, identify needs, and guide buying decisions, including CLUB Membership and in-store pickup options.

Qualificações

• Minimum education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to calculate discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Able to operate a computerized POS register system.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist customers, providing information and direction.
• Demonstrate products and keep shelves stocked and signed.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and follow company policies.
• Support seasonal merchandise moves and pricing accuracy.
