Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Part-Time Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and friendly customer service for Hunting/Archery merchandise (non-firearms).

In this role you will greet customers, assess their needs, recommend products, and promote CLUB membership and in-store pickup while keeping shelves neat and merchandise properly stocked. The position emphasizes knowledge of our hunting and archery lines and a strong focus on service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise non-Firearms.
• Help customers make buying decisions through needs assessment and product recommendations.
• Promote CLUB membership, VOC and In-Store Pick up.
• Organize and maintain Merchandise at the Gun Counter non-Firearms.
• Replenish product on shelves per merchandising guidelines.
• Maintain pricing and signing; stay knowledgeable about advertised sales.
• Assist with Seasonal Floor merchandise moves.
