Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Charlotte, NC seeks a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery Merchandise (non-Firearms). You will greet customers, identify needs, and recommend products to ensure a legendary shopping experience.

You will also demonstrate products, maintain the gun counter, and participate in store merchandising and promotional programs. The role requires strong customer service, 0–2 years in retail, and the ability to work at least 18 years of age.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Knowledge of Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Identify customer needs and make product recommendations.
• Demonstrate products to customers when needed.
• Organize and maintain merchandise at the gun counter non-firearms.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves clean and well stocked.
• Stay knowledgeable of advertised sales and maintain pricing and signing.
• Promote programs such as CLUB membership, VOC and In-Store Pick up.
• All other duties as assigned.
