Bass Pro Shops in Orlando is seeking a part-time Hunting Sales Outfitter to assist customers at the gun counter with non-firearms hunting and archery merchandise. You will greet shoppers, recommend products, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service to help them make informed purchases.

Responsibilities include stocking shelves, maintaining product knowledge, promoting club memberships, and keeping the sales floor clean and organized. The role requires 18+ and prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 0-2 years of experience in Retail.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Sell Hunting/Archery merchandise (non-firearms) and provide customer service.
• Greet customers, assess needs, and make product recommendations.
• Organize and maintain merchandise on the floor and at the counter.
• Keep pricing, signage, and promotions up to date and visible.
• Assist with in-store programs, specials, and club memberships.
