Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for hunting/archery merchandise (non-firearms). You will greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and guide them to the right solutions in a friendly, efficient manner.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandise, pricing, stocking, and staying informed on current promotions. This role is part-time with opportunities for growth in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience in hunting/archery merchandise (non-firearms).
• GCA knowledge and ability to merchandise and stock merchandise.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with hunting/archery merchandise at the counter.
• Greet customers, identify needs, and recommend products.
• Maintain pricing, signage and stock levels; restock as needed.
• Support seasonal floor merchandise moves and keep area clean and organized.
