Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Sales Outfitter to provide counter sales and customer service for Hunting/Archery merchandise (non-firearms). You will greet customers, assess needs, and guide purchases while keeping the gun counter area well stocked and organized.

You will stay knowledgeable about products through training, promote CLUB memberships, and support in-store pickup and promotions. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales experience with Hunting/Archery Merchandise (NON-Firearms).
• Ability to identify customer needs and recommend products.
• Knowledge of merchandising and stock procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assist customers with buying decisions and product information.
• Provide excellent customer service to create a legendary in-store experience.
• Maintain and organize Hunting/Archery merchandise at the Gun Counter non-firearms.
• Replenish stock and ensure pricing/signage accuracy.
• Participate in seasonal floor moves and keep the work area clean and stocked.
