Job summary
Dave & Busters Inc. is seeking an Amusement Manager to lead the game tech team and keep our arcade games in ideal playing condition. You will recruit, train, and develop Techs while delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced restaurant/entertainment setting.
You will diagnose and repair arcade and VR games, oversee preventative maintenance, and strive for 100% game playability. The role requires a strong business sense, effective communication, and weekend/night availability.
Qualifications
- 21+ years of age and able to lead a team in a fast-paced entertainment setting.
- 3+ years diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment.
- Strong communication skills and guest-focused leadership.
Responsibilities
- Head coach of Techs; hire, train, develop, and retain the best team.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and sanitary environment for guests and staff.
- Keep arcade equipment in proper working order and perform preventative maintenance.
- Repair games on the fly to ensure 100% playability.
- Lead daily store operations while meeting business goals.
