Dave & Buster's Inc. in Kennewick, WA seeks an Amusement Manager to lead a team of Game Technicians and drive an outstanding guest experience. You will diagnose and repair arcade and VR games, manage scheduling, and ensure the site runs safely and efficiently.

As head of the tech team, you hire, train, and develop staff, maintain game playability, and coordinate preventative maintenance. You will foster a fun, fast-paced environment with strong business sense and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 3+ years leading teams in fast-paced entertainment environments.
• Experience diagnosing and repairing arcade and VR games.
• Strong communication and guest-service focus.

Responsibilities

• You are the head coach of a talented group of Techs, and you are responsible for hiring, training, developing, and retaining the best team possible
• Create a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment for all D&B Guests and staff
• Keep arcade equipment maintained and in proper working order
• Adhere to all outlined preventative maintenance programs
• Monitor and perform daily store maintenance as instructed
• Strive for 100% "game playability" and repair games on the fly
