The role requires strong technical and leadership abilities, excellent communication, and a focus on delivering memorable guest experiences during long hours, including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience diagnosing and fixing arcade games and technical equipment.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions.
• Strong business acumen and effective written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are the head coach of a talented group of Techs, responsible for hiring, training, developing, and retaining the best team possible.
• Create a well-maintained, safe, secure, and sanitary environment for all guests and staff.
• Keep arcade equipment maintained and in proper working order.
• Adhere to all outlined preventative maintenance programs and daily store upkeep.
• Strive for 100% game playability and repair games on the fly.
