Job summary

Dave & Buster’s Inc. is seeking an Amusement Manager to lead a team of Game Technicians and ensure our arcade and VR games operate in peak condition.

You will oversee hiring, training, and developing staff while delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced entertainment venue. The role requires 21+ years of age, 3+ years of arcade-tech leadership, and the ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays in a high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• 21+ years of age.
• 3+ years of relevant experience diagnosing and repairing arcade games and technical equipment.
• Ability to lead a team to create a memorable guest experience.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Willing to work weekends, nights, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, develop, and retain a tech team.
• Keep arcade equipment maintained and in proper working order.
• Adhere to maintenance programs.
• Monitor daily store maintenance as instructed.
• Strive for 100% game playability and repair on the fly.
