Job summary

Stars and Strikes is seeking an Arcade Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced entertainment center with multiple attractions including arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, and bumper cars.

The role focuses on driving sales, supervising a prize store, analyzing payouts, and training staff to deliver outstanding guest experiences while upholding the company values.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of management experience in a fast-paced setting.
• Retail or sales background is a plus.
• Friendly, professional demeanor with guest focus.
• Able to analyze reports and use Excel for decision making.
• Knowledge of Meriq, Tripleseat, Vector, Micros or Embed is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent guest experience across all attractions.
• Meet and exceed arcade sales goals and manage prizes store.
• Hire, train and manage hourly staff; supervise daily operations.
• Complete arcade audits and maintain inventory controls.
• Analyze game payouts and reconcile end-of-day figures.
• Merchandise prize store, order arcade inventory, and organize storage.

Arcade Manager
Stars and Strikes Family Entertainment Center is seeking an Arcade Manager who is ready to be part of a high volume, fast-paced Entertainment Center!

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, driven individual with a solid work ethic, positive attitude, and superior guest service skills. As the Arcade Manager, you would be responsible for the overall operations of our state-of-the-art games room. Our game rooms feature arcade games, virtual reality, laser tag, and bumper cars, as well as other attractions.

This position will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, the running of a full retail style prize center, analyzing and understanding game payouts, as well as training and maintaining team members for a variety of positions, all while ensuring that we exceed our guest’s expectations and deliver an exceptional experience.
