Clutch Effects in Alpine, CA is seeking an experienced Arcade Manager for in-person, part-time hours. You will oversee daily operations, lead a small crew, ensure a safe, welcoming guest experience, and take ownership of merchandising and cash handling.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, customer service, staff training, shift scheduling, and problem solving. You’ll monitor equipment, enforce safety policies, and help open/close the venue while maintaining a fun, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years in customer service or related roles.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily arcade operations and enforce safety policies.
• Lead, train, schedule, and supervise arcade staff.
