Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and evaluate Midway employees.
• Observe game area for irregular conduct by operators or guests.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest and employee concerns.
• Maintain daily sign-in sheet and log personnel hours.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Supervise and conduct comprehensive evaluations of all Max Flight operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence.
