VENU+ is seeking a Site Operations Manager for our hospitality and entertainment venues in San Antonio. You will coordinate event logistics, assist guests, and manage equipment to ensure smooth operations and memorable experiences.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or 4+ years in management in amusement or related field, strong communication, customer service, and a hands-on, tech-savvy approach. You must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Forecast labor costs and manage budgets; track inventory and parts.
