Job summary

VENU+ is seeking an Arcade Attendant to keep our lively entertainment venue running smoothly, assist guests, explain game rules, and maintain equipment.

You’ll work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed; a high school diploma is preferred; strong communication and multitasking skills are valued; prior entertainment or hospitality experience is a plus. Benefits apply to eligible staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in entertainment or hospitality is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain arcade games and locker kiosk systems for reliability.
• Guide and entertain guests, explain game rules and controls.
• Keep the area clean, tidy, and organized to invite guests in.
• Ensure the redemption center is well-stocked and prizes are accessible.
• Assist guests with prize selection and ensure a memorable visit.
