Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Project and articulate racing requirements and safety guidelines to guests.
• Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are fully stocked.
• Explain operation of games to guests and perform minor repairs as needed.
• Notify technicians of any machine errors and return game play credits to guests.
• Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
• Observe, instruct and monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Assist with guest recovery and ensure positive experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Andretti brand, products and policies.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and coworkers.
