Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable.
• Ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Explain racing requirements and safety guidelines to guests clearly.
• Manage redemption inventory and ensure displays are full.
• Perform minor repairs on games and explain operation to guests.
• Notify technicians of errors and return credits to guests.
• Provide energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
• Monitor guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Support guest recovery to ensure positive experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of the Andretti brand, policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
• Be aware of emergency procedures.
• Perform opening, running and closing duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
