• Explain racing requirements and safety guidelines to guests.
• Manage redemption inventory and keep displays full.
• Perform minor repairs on games and explain operation to guests.
• Notify technicians of any machine issues and restore game credits.
• Provide energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
• Ensure safety and guideline adherence among guests.
• Assist with guest recovery and maintain positive experiences.
