Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking an Arcade Attendant in The Colony, Texas. This part-time position focuses on anticipating guest needs and delivering a fun, high-energy experience across arcade games, karting, VR simulators and event spaces.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• The desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable throughout the workday.
• Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Project and articulate racing requirements and safety guidelines to Guests.
• Conduct redemption inventory and ensure displays are completely full.
• Perform minor repairs on games and explain operation of games to Guests.
• Notify Game Techs of any machine errors and return game play credit to guests.
• Deliver energetic guest service with a sense of urgency.
• Observe, instruct and monitor Guests for safety and guideline adherence.
• Assist with Guest recovery and ensure positive Guest experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Andretti brand, product and policies & procedures.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with Guests and co-workers.
• Be aware of facility emergency procedures.
• Perform Opening, Running and Closing department duties.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
