Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable.
• Able to work a varied schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly and positive manner.
• Explain racing requirements and safety guidelines to Guests.
• Conduct redemption inventory and keep displays full.
• Perform minor repairs on games and explain operation to Guests.
• Notify Game Techs of machine errors and return play credits to guests.
• Deliver energetic guest service with urgency.
• Observe and enforce safety guidelines with Guests.
• Assist with Guest recovery and ensure positive experiences.
• Maintain knowledge of Andretti brand, products and policies.
• Communicate clearly with Guests and co-workers.
• Be aware of facility emergency procedures.
• Perform Opening, Running and Closing duties as assigned.
• Prior guest service or hospitality experience is preferred.
