Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a Game Tech for a part-time role. You will welcome guests, troubleshoot and repair arcade games, and perform preventative maintenance across all attractions while maintaining clean, safe environments.

The role emphasizes strong guest service, teamwork, and the ability to work a varied schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays in a high-energy entertainment venue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire and ability to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable.
• Be able to work a varied schedule to include days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly and positive manner.
• Anticipate and respond to Guests with urgency.
• Perform repairs on games and explain operation to Guests.
• Continued inventory of electronics, game parts, tools etc.
• Proper documentation of game issues, parts and work history.
• Must be able to work alone and be a self-starter.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all aspects of the games, simulators and attractions.
• Maintain inventory and ensure games are clean and presentable to Guests.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with Guests and co-workers.
