Job summary

Andretti Indoor Karting & Games is seeking a part-time Game Tech to ensure a fun, safe guest experience. You will greet guests, troubleshoot and repair arcade games, perform preventative maintenance, and help manage game inventory. You’ll read schematics, use basic tools, and assist with AV systems as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Desire to be pleasant, upbeat and sociable.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors by greeting them in a friendly and positive manner.
• Respond to Guests with a sense of urgency and positivity.
• Perform repairs on games and explain operation to guests.
• Maintain inventory of electronics, game parts, tools, etc.
• Document game issues, parts and work history clearly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on games, simulators and attractions.
• Read volt/ohm meters, use a soldering gun, and read schematics.
• Ensure games are clean and presentable to Guests.
