Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino in Las Vegas is seeking a front-line Gaming Attendant to greet guests, run the midway games, and process prize transactions. You will stock and repair merchandise as needed and ensure proper grooming and dress standards.

Responsibilities include reporting for scheduled shifts, following the Midway Games Manual, communicating clearly in English, and maintaining a safe work area. A High School diploma or equivalent and prior customer service or resort experience are

Qualifications

• High School Education or Equivalent.
• Previous Customer Service experience preferred.
• Previous experience working in a similar resort setting preferred.
• Ability to perform basic math.
• Ability to understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures.
• Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with all business contacts.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both oral and written forms.

Responsibilities

• Report to work at scheduled time and report to scheduled location.
• Receive Playcard from guest and deduct appropriate amounts from card to play their game, and award prizes as appropriate.
• Maintain proper security of prizes.
• Operate games according to the rules of the Midway Games Manual.
• Stock and/or repair merchandise when assigned.
• Maintain proper grooming and dress standards.
• Clean game at the end of shift and assist with trash duty.
• Direct problems to the Supervisor.
• Help maintain a safe work environment.
• Other job related duties as requested.
