Job summary

Treasure Island Hotel Casino is seeking a Casino Cage professional to provide excellent service in a high-volume, fast-paced setting on the Las Vegas Strip.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, promoting TI products, handling cash and casino transactions, and ensuring compliance with Title 31 and gaming regulations. Prior cash handling and customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience required.
• Must be able to acquire a Gaming License.
• Basic computer skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service consistent with Platinum standards to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Greet guests warmly and promote TI products/services with each guest.
• Handle cash transactions, casino chip exchanges and ticketing as part of guest service.
• Maintain accuracy in cash handling and complete transactions efficiently to minimize wait times.
• Assist guests with casino credit lines and front money deposits as needed.
• Enter transactions accurately into Title 31 system and balance cash at end of shift.
• Remain compliant with all Gaming Regulations and TI policies.
