Round One Entertainment Inc. is hiring an Amusement Supervisor to support the Amusement Manager and General Manager in supervising the Arcade Department within a bowling center/arcade environment in Las Vegas, NV.

The role requires 2-3 years of retail management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and the ability to work nights and weekends. Candidates must be 21 years or older due to alcohol service in the venue.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by being highly visible and accessible to customers.
• Assist Amusement Manager/General Manager in planning and scheduling employees and ensuring proper training.
• Achieve departmental sales goals with on-floor sales support.
• Conduct tills checks, refunds, and adjustments per policy and ensure compliance.
• Support Operations by monitoring opening/closing procedures and store inventory; cross-train as needed.
