Job summary

Round1 Entertainment Inc is opening a brand-new family entertainment facility in Ventura. We are seeking an Amusement Supervisor to help lead the team and support the Amusement Manager and/or General Manager in the arcade department. The role requires outgoing personality and a passion for customer service.

Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required. You must be 21 or older to handle alcohol on the premises. A High School Diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2–3 years retail management experience in entertainment/hospitality preferred.
• Open availability, especially nights and weekends, is required.
• Must be 21 years or older to handle alcohol in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and be highly visible to customers on the floor.
• Assist Amusement Manager/General Manager in planning schedules and assigning staff.
• Help the department achieve sales goals and provide personal sales support.
• Ensure department employees comply with company policies and procedures.
