Round1 Entertainment Inc. seeks a Facilities Supervisor to assist the Facilities Manager in maintaining bowling, arcade, and Spo-cha equipment. You will oversee maintenance tasks, respond to malfunctions, and train staff while ensuring OSHA compliance. Travel may be required in this role.

Applicants must be 21+ due to alcohol service, hold a high school diploma or GED, and have 3–5 years of related experience. The job operates in a busy bowling/arcade environment with varied shifts.

Qualifications

• 3 - 5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with high integrity.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance and work in a loud environment.
• Willingness to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Must complete mechanic training programs for the role.

Responsabilités

• Supervise staff and assign tasks based on facility needs for Bowling, Arcade and Spo-cha.
• Assist Facilities Manager in servicing and maintaining equipment.
• Respond to machine malfunctions and analyze root causes.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA practices.
• Train mechanics in safety procedures and operation standards.
• Conduct inventory and ensure proper maintenance of all facility equipment.
