Job summary

People Incorporated Mental Health Services seeks an ARC Outreach Practitioner I/II to engage clients, provide wraparound services, and support access coordination. This full-time role focuses on bridging initial contact to long-term care, with education, planning, and community referrals to meet client goals.

The position emphasizes person-centered support, group and individual interventions, and timely documentation in the EHR to ensure service continuity and safety.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science or related field, or equivalent practicum experience.
• Bachelor’s plus practicum/internship with adults or children served.
• Minimum 2,000 hours delivering services to people with mental illness.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain therapeutic, person-centered relationships to support recovery.
• Engage clients, provide skill-building and coaching aligned with treatment plans.
• Deliver individual and group services for mental health and wellness needs.
• Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation to ensure safety.
• Guide clients through accessing services, resources, and benefits.
• Document all interactions in the EHR and maintain timely case notes.
