Job summary

Addiction Recovery Care, LLC (ARC) is hiring an Admission Clerk to be the first point of contact for persons served, welcoming them and guiding them through the intake process. The role includes completing EMR documents, scheduling initial nursing and counseling assessments, and coordinating with the intake team to match clients with appropriate programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State and federal clearances required.
• Peer Support certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be the initial contact person for persons served/clients at intake.
• Create a hospitable environment for new clients.
• Complete EMR intake documents with client signature.
• Schedule nursing assessment and counseling sessions.
• Assist with client belongings on arrival.
• Coordinate with intake to determine suitable programs.
• Support peer sessions at intake and maintain relationships with staff.
• Adhere to policies and protect client privacy.
