Job summary

Recovery Works NW in Oregon seeks a BHRN/ Outreach Navigator to integrate our outpatient services with external partners. You will build and manage relationships with physicians, counselors, and community organizations to facilitate streamlined referrals.

This role requires strong communication, CRM maintenance, event representation, and collaboration with clinical staff to expand access to care for clients in the SUD continuum.

Qualifications

• High School Degree or GED required.
• Current PSS, PWS and/or CRM certification needed.
• Valid Oregon Driver’s License and the ability to be insured.
• Inclusion in Oregon THW Registry, active NPI and active DMAP number or in process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn other programs.

Responsibilities

• Create and strengthen relationships with individuals and organizations within assigned geographic regions that operate within the SUD continuum of care.
• Conduct outreach by site visits, calls, emails, and other means to identify opportunities for partnerships and referrals.
• Represent Recovery Works NW at events, conferences, stakeholder meetings, and presentations to external audiences.
• Maintain CRM system, resources database, branded items inventory, and events calendar.
• Maintain marketing assets including social media, websites, printed materials, signs and displays.
• Provide direct and billable case management/peer support services.
• Collaborate with clinical staff and maintain brand kit.
