A Typical Day

• Lead and motivate a team, including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, including inventory and cash handling, and ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain high food quality standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Address operational challenges during shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location, with starting ranges from $14.00 to $23.40 per hour, or $19.00 to $22.00 in Maryland. The exact salary will be discussed during hiring.
