A Day in the Life

• Lead and motivate a team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

What You Bring

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift, push, pull heavy objects, and stand for long periods.

Compensation varies by location and experience, generally ranging from $14.00 to $23.40 per hour, with Maryland specific range of $19.00 to $22.00.
