A Day in the Life

• Lead and motivate a team, including training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory, cash handling, and policy compliance.
• Maintain food quality standards.
• Enforce safety and cleanliness standards.
• Manage labor and food costs to maximize profitability.
• Address issues during shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail, with Profit & Loss responsibility, preferably in QSR.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close at least two nights a week.
• Ability to lift heavy objects, stand/walk for long periods, and operate restaurant equipment safely.

Compensation

Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $23.40 per hour, with higher rates in Maryland ($19.00 to $22.00). Compensation varies based on skills, experience, and location.
