Job summary

SavATree Beaverton is hiring an Arborist Assistant in Beaverton, OR. The role supports sales and branch operations with outbound calling, appointment scheduling, and customer service.

You’ll maintain calendars, generate proposals, and help process payments in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ideal candidates have an associate degree (or higher preferred), strong communication skills, and experience with AR/AP/payroll and databases.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional phone manner.
• 2+ years outbound calling and sales/marketing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and databases.
• Experience with AR, AP, payroll, HR, benefits and multiline phone systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound sales calls and generating leads.
• Creating proposals and scheduling customer appointments.
• Maintaining multiple sales calendars.
• Providing world-class customer service on inbound calls.
• Building positive rapport with customers and processing payments.
• Administering the customer database and maintaining accurate records.
• Completing paperwork efficiently and supporting Sales Arborists.
• Participating in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support.
