Job summary

SavATree in Billings, MT is seeking an Arborist Assistant to support sales and branch operations. A typical day includes outbound sales calls, lead generation, creating proposals, and scheduling customer appointments. You will maintain multiple sales calendars, deliver world‑class service on inbound calls, process payments, and support Sales Arborists.

This fast‑paced, collaborative role offers opportunities to learn, grow, and contribute to the team's success. Authorization to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a professional phone manner.
• 2+ years outbound calling and sales/marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database systems (training provided).
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls and generate leads.

• Completing paperwork efficiently and supporting Sales Arborists
• Participating in call monitoring and coaching sessions for training and quality support

About You

You are eager to learn and grow within the business and the arboricultural industry. You bring:

• An associate’s degree or higher (preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner
• Previous success with outbound calling and sales/marketing (2+ years a plus)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems (training provided)
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems
• A strong eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.
