Job summary

SavATree is seeking an Arborist Assistant in Martinez, CA to support sales and branch operations. You will make outbound calls, create proposals, schedule appointments, and maintain calendars while delivering excellent customer service on inbound calls.

You will also manage the customer database, process payments, and assist Sales Arborists. This fast-paced, collaborative role offers training, growth opportunities, and a path to deepen arboricultural knowledge within a values-driven team

Qualifications

• An associate’s degree or higher (preferred).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including a professional phone manner.
• 2+ years of outbound calling and sales/marketing experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, internet, and database systems (training provided).
• Experience with AR, AP, Payroll, HR, Benefits, and multiline phone systems.
• Strong eye for accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
• Authorization to lawfully work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound sales calls and generating leads
• Creating proposals and scheduling customer appointments
• Maintaining multiple sales calendars
• Providing world-class customer service on inbound calls

• Administering the customer database and maintaining accurate records
• Completing paperwork efficiently and supporting Sales Arborists

About You

You are eager to learn and grow within the business and the arboricultural industry. You bring:

• An associate’s degree or higher (preferred)
