Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Climber I to join our tree care team. This entry level role performs pruning, cabling, bracing, and removals, with ground support for debris removal and site cleanup.

You will safely operate chippers, trucks, blowers, and both ground-based and canopy chainsaw techniques. Able to follow instructions, wear PPE, and communicate using hand signals; work outdoors in varied weather; earn EHAP/First Aid/CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates ability to perform physically demanding arboriculture tasks.
• Able to read basic instructions and follow procedures related to roping and rigging.

Responsibilities

• Perform pruning and limb removal on trees up to 60 feet.
• Safely operate powered equipment (chippers, trucks, blowers).
• Use hand tools and PPE according to standards.
