Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Climber I to perform general tree care, including pruning, cabling, bracing, and removals, in our Orlando work sites. You will support the team with site clearing and debris disposal while following company safety protocols.

This entry-level arborist role requires ability to work outdoors in varying weather, operate basic powered equipment, and communicate risks clearly. A strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to obtain EHAP, First Aid, and CPR

Qualifications

• Role-specific arborist skills and experience is required.
• Ability to follow instructions related to roping, rigging, and maintenance of equipment.
• Ability to interpret safety and operation documents and procedures.
• Strong communication and safety orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform tree care tasks including pruning and limb removal up to 60 feet.
• Access trees safely following company protocols and move through canopy.
• Operate powered equipment such as chippers, trucks, and blowers.
• Perform ground and canopy-based chainsaw techniques.
• Use hand tools like saws, pruners, rakes, and shovels.
• Follow PPE requirements and maintain safe work zones.
• Prevent property damage and injuries during operations.
