Ideal candidates have 4–5 years arboriculture experience, ISA Arborist certification (a plus), strong communication, and proven ability to build relationships and close deals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 4–5 years working knowledge of arboriculture.
• ISA Arborist certification is a huge plus but not required.
• Strong sales, prospecting, and communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Estimate time and costs for crews; prepare proposals.
• Conduct site inspections to prepare proposals.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate with marketing and office staff; schedule work.
• Set up crews and ensure job completion to client satisfaction.
• Follow up with customers after job completion to address concerns and obtain referrals.
