Joshua Tree Experts is seeking a General Manager & Lead Sales Arborist to drive growth in the Birmingham market. This hybrid role combines sales leadership with hands-on arborist work, diagnosing tree health, estimating jobs, closing sales, and leading crews to profitable execution.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in tree care and 3+ years in sales/operations, with ISA certification preferred or obtainable within 6 months. Excellent customer service and strategic planning are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on tree care experience.
• 3+ years in sales, estimating, or operations management.
• ISA certification preferred or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue by selling tree care, pruning, removal and PHC services to residential/commercial clients in Birmingham.
• Diagnose tree health through property walk-throughs and understand local challenges and pests.
• Estimate profitable job proposals and maintain high closing ratios while building efficient service routes.
• Oversee daily branch operations, crews, and PHC technicians, ensuring safety and quality.
