Carvana in Tempe, AZ is seeking an Arbitration Specialist to protect the business from unnecessary costs while ensuring fair outcomes across auctions, sellers, and reconditioning partners.

You will review vehicle condition data, validate against NAAA guidelines, submit arbitration claims, negotiate resolutions, and maintain detailed case records to support data-driven decisions and audit readiness.

Responsabilités

• Submit and manage NAAA, Title, and Logistics arbitration claims with accuracy and timeliness.
• Compare data from Vehicle Condition Reports, warranties, and policies to verify claims.
• Gather and interpret data to determine eligibility and make arbitration recommendations.
