Centria Healthcare seeks an Arabic-speaking Center-Based Behavior Technician to support children with autism. You will work one-on-one under a BCBA, teaching communication, social and daily living skills using evidence-based methods.

Responsibilities include implementing individual plans, monitoring progress, and collaborating with a compassionate team. Training is provided; prior experience is not required. You must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Qualifikationen

• Must have passion for helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• Age 18+ years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.) and lift up to 50 pounds.

• Work one-on-one with children to implement behavior plans under a BCBA.
