No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training. You must be patient, compassionate, and able to stand, lift up to 50 pounds, and pass background checks.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test; background check required.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Bilingual in Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Monitor progress and support children's individualized goals.
