Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA, using evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training and encourage a patient, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Must have passion for helping children with autism.
• 18+ years of age and a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid, and Tuberculosis test within the last year.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Assist BCBA under supervision to deliver interventions.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
