Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans and use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing challenging behaviors.

No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.

Qualificações

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age and high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Work one-on-one with children under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using evidence-based techniques.
