Job summary

Databricks, a leader in Data and AI, is seeking an Arabic-speaking Business Development Representative to engage prospects in the Middle East and Africa from our Paris office. This hybrid role suits a sales professional early in their career looking to scale with an enterprise software pioneer.

You will conduct prospect research, craft personalized outreach, and manage inbound and outbound communications to build a robust pipeline, while collaborating with the wider sales team to drive adoption

Qualifications

• Fluent in Arabic and English (C1+).
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and listening skills for phone and in-person interactions.
• Interest in big data/AI and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Conduct prospect research to inform outreach.
• Develop and execute outbound and inbound outreach campaigns.
• Maintain active communications to build engagement with target accounts.
• Partner with the sales team to develop territory strategy and pipeline.
• Articulate how Databricks meets client needs with the Data + AI Platform.
